I Have had a great experience with Steve from paramount.
He Helped me get a great job/career that is a huge upward move for me.
I Got low balled salary wise from the employer and Steve helped me negotiate and get a great salary.
Steve’s been extremely proactive throughout the entire process and I’m not sure that I would have gotten the opportunity without him there.
It was nice to feel like I had a team mate who had my back

Do not do business with this company! They will take your money and ignore you!
I used them to help find some employees found a couple I prepaid for 2 positions not counting the one they owed me for one that didn’t work out. After hiring 2 I requested a refund the one I didn’t hire and the 1 that never showed. Response was no we will find another candidate, I declined informing them I wanted to wait. I was told no! I requested to speak to the manager no response I called in again requested a call from manager or owner was told owner would call me back. 1 month later and several follow up calls and email crickets. Not to mention they were paid 27K for 1 hire and will not refund any of it. THAT MONEY IS GONE POOR ETHICS, POOR OWNERSHIP, POOR EMPLOYEES!

Everything went fine up until the time of my interview. Was told I had an invite for a zoom meeting in my email. Checked my spam folder as well and nothing. Tried to call my recruiter and went to voice mail. Still have not heard anything back. It has now been a half hour since my interview has passed without any contact. This is not what I expected from a job placement service. Tried calling back as I was writing this review and it just rang and rang and then went to voice mail. Also, poor communication.
Day #2: I get a text message from Sam saying the the hiring manager had to cancel for some reason. This was 20 minutes before my interview was to be conducted. Nothing like the last minute to tell you. I replied and told Paramount to forget it. If they and the company to hire can’t communicate then I don’t want to work for them or deal with Paramount. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. People wanting to work and no help for people that are in business to help. Just seems they want the money from the employer is all they want.
Don’t deal with this company.
I also read other reviews and some are good and a lot like mine.
