I originally e-met Tracy in May of 2023. She took the time to have a call and discuss the London job market with me, and to understand my skill set to know how best direct me moving forward. Fast forward one year later and I’d moved to London and was ready for a job. I emailed her, hoping she’d remember me and she immediately started sending my CV out! She secured multiple interviews for me fairly quickly, and I also worked with Diarmuid on a few opportunities that he had come up and was able to secure a wonderful position at a lovely company, at first on a 6 month contract, but was then converted to permanent! I registered with Paragon Personnel in May, I initially made an enquiry through email and recieved a call the next day to have a discussion about my job search. They registered me and I was then asked for a video call to discuss my work history in a little more detail. Tracy was the person responsible for my profile. Within two weeks I had two virtual interviews scheduled with a global investment bank and following this, an in person interview. Tracy called me to discuss each stage in detail and to talk me through what to expect. Following the in person interview, I felt that the company were not a good cultural fit for me. Whilst my personal job search continues, Paragon have been by far and away the most proactive recruitment agency I have dealt with to date. I would recommend reaching out to them as it was a much more personable experience than anything I’d experienced with other recruiters.
