I’ve been working with Jared for over a year, I had a vision and he patiently drove the streets of Houston with me. Challenged me to ensure I was certain with the direction i was going, provided me with information I would never know anything about. He made himself available anytime of day and never made me feel guilty for texting or calling him, he made it clear that I was his client and he was providing me with a service. I thought I had seen his top performance until the offer went out and negotiations started. We are closing on a house at my initial offer price which was denied all thanks to his attention to detail and negotiation skills during the option period and his push back with the agent. He never rushed me so he could make money, his goal was to make sure “you’re happy with this large purchase”. This shocked me as I have realtor friends and have spoken to some and the mindset has never been at the forefront with them. He is extremely knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know he will direct me to someone who knows.
