If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Panzer sends me multiple marketing emails daily. They are always about outsourcing our hiring dept. The answer has always been no, and I have asked at least 30 Panzer employees to remove me from their marketing lists and to stop contacting me. I even followed the instructions in their emails to have my info removed from their systems, and yet, I still receive communications from them. Last month, I contacted the owner or director on LinkedIn expressing my frustration, and he assured me that I would no longer hear from Panzer, but I still am. Why? I don’t know what else to do, so maybe this review will get the job done. What is crazy, is that they are legally obligated to remove my info from their systems and stop communication, as they added an unsubscribe clause to their email campaigns.

EDIT to REPLY: Let’s not pretend the rates are “client-decided” when everyone in the industry knows how the vendor margin game works. You inflate the billing rate to the client, then throw contractors crumbs and justify it by converting dollars to INR as if that somehow covers the actual cost of living, responsibilities, or the mental toll professionals endure. This isn’t just about money, it’s about basic respect and ethical practice. Contractors are not disposable, and this exploitative model of squeezing maximum profit while offering the bare minimum is exactly what’s wrong with the system. Own up to it because brushing it off as a “client decision” fools no one. ==================================================== Extremely disappointing experience with Panzer Solutions. They emailed me for a Project Manager role requiring over 5 years of experience, strong Salesforce and data analysis skills. Yet offered an insultingly low rate of $41/hour even for a remote opportunity with a Fortune 500 client. This is nowhere close to fair market compensation for the level of experience and responsibility expected. It’s frustrating to see recruiting agencies like this continue to exploit skilled professionals and devalue hard-earned expertise. I strongly caution others to be very careful when dealing with them. Our World Leaders need to do a better job at stopping, protecting, and safeguarding vulnerable people looking for jobs all while these corrupt and phony actors portray themselves as someone trying to assist you with finding a job. They give people of far away lands a bad reputation. This is not the company you want to give your information nor work with. Please heed my warning.
