I was very fortunate to have been contacted about a position I applied for on Linkedin. The position was being offered as a direct hire through Pacific Staffing. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Elizabeth Mann and she spoke about submitting my resume but did let me know that there was already a final candidate in play so I was being offered as a different option. This was a Friday. Within the next 1 hour I was on the phone for the first leg of the interview with the company’s HR. During that wonderful conversation I was offered an interview with the people who would be doing the hire. That was on the following Monday. On Monday I went in and had a wonderful interview. I went home and Elizabeth let me know that they were now torn between me and the original person. It was great news. During the whole of the process, if I reached out to Elizabeth, she would reach out by phone (preferring the more personal method of talking) and let me know where we were at. I did follow up with her at least once a week and she was responsive. All in all, I found the process wonderful and made sure to reach out when there was an update. They always reached back out when I would check in as well. I would recommend their services to anyone. I now have the job and am very happy with the placement. Thank you pacific staffing and Elizabeth Mann.

Elizabeth and her team reached out to me through Pacific Staffing, via LinkedIn with an opportunity. I’ll accept, I don’t often acknowledge such things but this one seemed interesting. I followed up and before you know it, I was in touch with her team. She was very clear about the process and what the client had to offer, as well as what they were looking for. In the end, it seemed as though I’d be a shoe in, and after a couple of interviews I’m happy to be a part of a new exciting team, all because Pacific Staffing reached out to me. I couldn’t be more grateful, and likewise impressed with the professionalism Elizabeth and co. Maintained from start to finish. Definitely reach out if you’re looking to boost your career along!

Avoid at all cost! Went looking for temp staff and they offered a direct hire candidate. After multiple interviews and negotiation, we offered a position expecting to start in 2 weeks. Friday before a Monday start, they call to tell us the hire leveraged our offer for a pay raise! Incredibly un-professional company. Couldn’t be bothered to let us know this had happened more than a week ago! And for this “service” they expected to be paid nearly $30K. Unbelievable!
