I’ve had the opportunity to use Ownr for a couple of years now, and my initial review has evolved. The service has been consistently solid, though I originally ran into some self-inflicted complications. I didn’t fully realize that adding an Umlaut on a “U” (Ü) during registration made things unnecessarily complex. Also, I was unaware of the significant registration delays happening in Alberta, Canada, at the time, which contributed to a longer-than-expected process.
With this new perspective, I now see that Ownr truly did their best. They were always quick to respond to my questions and provided reassurance throughout, offering explanations and support that made a real difference. Their commitment to customer care shines through, and I genuinely felt confident in the outcome.
I’m especially grateful to Ownr for sparing me from the soul-crushing experience of setting up a business at a traditional registration office. Picture this: hours spent standing in line with the air thick with stale coffee and a collective sense of defeated ambition. Your turn feels like some legendary event that might never come, and when it does, you’re met with an air of unhurried formality. The requirements? Your passport, SIN, photo ID, driver’s license, and maybe even a small vial of cerebral spinal fluid—because you never know when the paperwork gods will demand a sacrifice. Then comes a barrage of requests that could make anyone question reality: a notarized essay on why pineapple belongs (or doesn’t) on pizza, a three-minute interpretive dance about your greatest regret, an exact count of how many spoons you have in your kitchen, and a detailed haiku about your favorite flavor of ice cream. And, to top it off, a no-blinking contest lasting at least 30 seconds while jumping on one foot.
In contrast, Ownr’s seamless and responsive service made a world of difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
