If you’re not on top of it your child’s case will get lost. My son was in speech when he was 2 and it was okay, not the best but decent. This is his second time getting speech now that he’s 3 and the process to everything is much longer and slower now. I’ve been emailing and calling people about finding a speech pathologist and I’ve been getting the run around and no answers. The process from getting evaluated was slightly quicker but everything after that is horrible.

If I can I’d give it ZERO star!!! They never gave my god daughter the help she needed after her evaluation nor did they even bother to coordinate with my sister about her early intervention evaluation. Since 2024 now we 2025 and they wanted to wait until she is in 3k/ preschool and not even coordinate with my sister about the next steps or explain anything not even give them a date or number for the meeting. They stated my god daughter is “high functioning “ but needs speech and OT and never had got anything . My god daughter now needs so much help and regressed badly and they didn’t even bother to help with anything . Stay far away from this place ask for some where else if you love your child .

Horrible customer service, they personally just care about collecting a check. They neglected my son the in school evaluation because they lack organization with all the cases they take and can’t handle, communication is horrible you have to be on they ass about everything or nothing gets done and even than sometimes it still doesn’t get done. They had over 3 months to schedule the evaluation FOR THE REASON WE CAME IN AND THEY DIDNT and ended up closing my case NOT AN EMAIL NOT ANYTHING, they aren’t really interested in helping any kid as much as they are interested in taking as many cases to half do them and collect the check!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS AND WANT THE BEST SERVICE FOR YOUR KIDS! They also forward me the evaluation they concluded and they added things I never even said, that my son isn’t carefully with hot items? Please explain to me what a 4 year old would even be doing with a hot item. PLEASE do better because our children’s do not come first in this establishment.
