Greg Blackett at O.S. Solutions is the absolute perfect tech consultant. We’ve counted on him to fix whatever goes wrong with our laptops and printer. We are away for extended periods, and each time we return something is wrong with our Internet connection, whether to our laptops or printer. Greg arrives at our home promptly and quickly identifies and solves the problem. His prices are very reasonable and he explains things clearly and helpfully. We highly recommend him!

Greg is very capable and easily fixes whatever computer problems you may have and also helped fix a cable TV problem. He’s sort of a Mr. Fix-It for all things tech, and enjoys troubleshooting and figuring out problems. He’s very down to earth and relatable and gregarious, plus he’s prompt and doesn’t charge too much. Did I say he’s affordable? Indeed he is.

I tele-work and totally depend on Greg for all issues that can possibly go wrong with my computer. Greg always answer my calls promptly, listen to my concerns and quickly correct the problem (s). Greg does monthly maintenance to my computer to make sure I’m free of any viruses,
corporate software update ,and that my system is running sufficiently and updated. I appreciate Greg’s enthusiasm and availability when I need his advice or service.
