There are not enough adjectives available to brag on the recruiting staff at Motus. Seriously, if you are fortunate enough to work with Motus, you are going to be guaranteed not only to find A position, but to find THE right position for you and the organization seeking qualified employees. I have had the privilege of being on both sides of the process. The recruiters at Motus are not just thorough in their work they are intentional.
I had the privilege of working with Kariann. Thanks to her watchful eyes over the process, constant attention to the details, creative thinking, and coaching … she found the exact right fit for me and the organization I now serve, 90 days in!!! Motus is a a uniquely exceptional agency. I’ve never quite worked with a recruitment agency that has given me such a positive experience. I worked with Monica and she was extremely wonderful. Working with Motus has been a unique and rewarding. They offer support in all things employment services, providing tips for polishing up your resume, as well as coaching for your interview. They know and understand their clients needs beyond just the job description provided. Matching people based on skills as well as culture. It has been a joy to work with their team, and would recommend them highly to anyone in search of employment. Any time I was placed at a site I knew a bit about the company’s culture, style, and what to expect of the team. Not once did I feel like a burden if/when I had questions, and received a prompt and warm response. You really get the sense that they truly care about your success and that they really love what they do.
