The P8020 picture rails give excellent results.
Deliveries are fast and the prices are reasonable.
A reliable company with attentive staff.

Consulted for the purchase of products such as panels, cornices and plinths, during the renovation of a high-end building in Bordeaux, I was redirected to one of their resellers. We studied the project with the latter and an Orac representative.
The quantity to order was defined by the reseller, reassuring me that the surplus would be taken back. However, the retailer permanently closed during the work, just after the order was placed.
Today, I find myself with additional stock, and Orac refuses to offer a solution to take back this new stock. A waste and a significant financial loss.
I would not recommend this company which leaves its customers without solutions when there are difficulties, and which does not assume its responsibilities.

I hope that the plinths ordered are of quality, because for delivery, it’s zero points: I have just been delivered without having been informed in advance of the day or the time slot following an order made on the site. With delivery costs of 25 euros, a call, an email or an SMS, it should be possible, right? If I hadn’t been there…
