“I’ve absolutely loved living here for 3 months while visiting my daughter, son in law and our first grand son. She has been living there for 2 years + and she gave thumbs up to 591 Evernia . I am so glad that I followed her advice. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and the location is fantastic. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I felt safe and comfortable in my apt. Amazing Amenities such as Fantastic Gym, Yoga room Elegant clubhouse and also amazing working office environment with all facilities coupled with fresh morning coffee of your choice from Lavazza machine. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The management team is responsive and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.” Jerry is always there to give you a ride on Parkline circuit and he is “the encyclopedia for Palm Beach,”. Ryan who mostly serves during the weekend is always helpful and was an expert guide for us when we had to take the train to Miami and Fort Lauderdale via TRIRAIL. Melissa and her whole team have been awesome from start to finish. They all deserve a special mention here. Kelly, Polo and Dominique at the front desk always smiling and willing to guide us whenever and where ever. Pedro – the maintenance person is more of a family when you interact with him and shows up on time to fix things. Em and Stacy at the leasing office always greet you with a smile and ready to take care of your needs. Melissa ,the manager is there to answer all your questions and willing to go out of her way to help. Thank you all and I will have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Have been living here for almost 2 years – really love it! Location is awesome. Amenities are great, and the new renovations look really beautiful. Haven’t had any issues whatsoever with our unit, and when we put in a maintenance requests they’re quick. My one and only complaint (and this is not a reflection of the building staff/building whatsoever) is that some residents don’t pick up after their dogs.There have been so many times where I see a dog has had an accident by the elevators (perfectly understandable things happen) but it’s your responsibility as the pet owner to clean it up (especially since they have cleaning stations on every floor!) Every time I go to the dog park someone has left their dog’s #2 behind, and clearly no attempt to pick it up. I’ve only seen accidents being cleaning up by building staff and that is SO not their job. So if you’re a resident reading this don’t be a bum, please clean up after your dog!!! Other than people being lazy dog owners Parkline is pretty lit, would recommend.

I have lived at Park Line Palm Beaches pretty much since the opening in 2019, and then during 4.5 years. The only reason of my departure is related to having recently bought a property with my family (versus renting). Aside from the obvious to notice when you’re going to visit the community: high end luxury apartments with gorgeous views, luxury common areas, a one of kind large pool, and the best possible location in Downtown West Palm Beach with the Brightline train station, so many restaurants and so on… I want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank, from the bottom of our hearts, the excellent management team, made of Melissa, Stacy and Polo, and also the top notch concierge team and maintenance team. They are all so professional, reliable, kind and caring about this community. I very very highly recommend living here! (New luxury apartments have opened in WPB Downtown; but they just can’t compete with all the above).
