So far, I’m very happy with this plan. I see a lot of complaints are over the length of time to get OTC products. I have had no issues with that. I’m pleased with my physician and the care I’m receiving, which are most important to me right now. I have not had any hospitalizations, but my mother’s experience on the same plan gave her great in-hospital care and coverage! As far as customer service goes, anytime I’ve had to contact someone for assistance they have been very responsive, respectful and helpful. I’m surprised at some of these negative reviews and hope they find a solution to meet their needs. Always remember, honey goes farther than vinegar!

If you have Optimum Healthcare, file a complaint with Medicare! This company should not be allowed to provide services to dogs much less humans! Horrible customer service reps pass you off to other customer service reps until the system hangs up on you after one hour! I just got their services in January and I’m contacting Medicare.gov to change to another provider due to gross negligence and failure to maintain a proper standard of care. If enough customers complain, they’ll either start providing acceptable service or they’ll fold. A win for all of their customers!

I have had Optimum for 10 years and I cannot complain about any of their services. I have never had a bad experience with customer service and my Doctors have been awesome. Yes OTC takes longer this year to get but that, to me, is no big deal.
