I don’t like doing this, however this is the truth; I worked for a company ( open heart senior home care out of Port Gibson and Vicksburg Ms ; the owner is Mrs Holmes, and Nicole is pretty much her right hand) the moral of the story is they are so disorganized. They can’t keep good people, and they don’t understand the meaning of an emergency which I had with one patient. The supervisor called me three times in one day: which I already called my other patient letting her know I would be there in Tuesday. Well this one supervisor was not trained properly; they said in all meetings just call and talk to the other patient, as I did. So with this person really speaking bad of me I decided to take care of myself instead of this non sense. So I quit ; I remember Nicole begging me to stay, and Mrs Holmes even asked me to stay. I chooses a peace of mind instead. The truth of the matter is I figured out how they put paycheck in your band then the write out checks so the government gets confused of all the grants they receive. That’s why they don’t do Godly stuff at their organization. Also they give their co workers a wrong W-4 it’s only what they deposited in your bank. Then you have to call and say I need the other w-4 for taxes to make it right when you fill out taxes. Wow just unbelievable. Anita that works with Medicaid told me that Medicaid is no longer allowing to refer them new patients because they are in trouble. The truth so and not only that I was hired 3 years ago with this organization and I was hired at front desk in Vicksburg location any new patients I bring to their organization I would be paid an extra 250.00 dollars Yelp, I brought them 3 and nope they did not pay it. So I said I don’t want to do this any longer so then she allowed me to see the 2 I brought to their organization. The other had another sitter. Anyway I needed something from them yesterday to help with my Medicaid and disability due to a bad car wreck I was in. Nicole said she would send it to the Vicksburg office; she lied to me, and Amanda called them from Medicaid like a lot of times finally to get results. You see we don’t need these organizations that only work for funding their pockets. God does not like greed and God does not like lies; I hate to say this : karma for this action and other actions; better business is getting a phone call from me, and so is I R S .
