My experience with OneCloud Health Care has been both rewarding and a valuable learning opportunity. The staff team are always friendly and responsive, making it easy to address any concerns or questions you may have. Their excellent communication and support truly stand out and I see that as a significant strength of the company.
There are also flexible shift patterns. You can apply for or be assigned shifts based on your availability, and there are a range of shifts to choose from.
Overall, OneCloud Health Care is a great company to work for, with excellent communication and supportive team. I look forward to exploring more opportunities with them.

Really helpful, supportive staff. Great communication from day one, keeping me up to date with how things were progressing and the next steps I needed to take. Giving feedback from employer and encouragement if needed. Staff were always just a phone call away if you needed them and nothing was a problem. Thank you for your support.

As a family we have found that the commitment to providing the right people to support our elderly frail mother was exceptional. Mum was given time to consider the individual profiles with family before agreeing to the individual support worker.
The workers themselves Berna and Yvonne have provided the right support at the right time for mum, but on top of this they have made mum feel listened to and of value.
Unfortunately mum had to go back into hospital, however she is asking if on her return home she can have the same workers.
As a family we have found Goldie and the team responsive to a changing situation, supportive when things have been difficult and providing a level of security in mums care that mum and the family have needed.
We would recommend OneCloud Staffing and are happy to do this.
