I’ve been a customer of this store for many years and the service was usually very good, but recently I’ve noticed some differences: long wait times, poor customer service and the worst part: inefficiency. I have a mail box that I renew every year, they declined to receive a package addressed to me and the manager wouldn’t admit their mistake until after being confronted with irrefutable proof. After realizing of their mistake, the manager said that she would assume responsibility, but then she said that they won’t cover the cost of resending the package! What kind of responsibility is that? So, you assume responsibility for your mistakes, and then leave others to pay for your mistake? Now I know that this store changed ownership just recently, and it shows.
Will not be renewing my mailbox this year. I would cancel it now, but they won’t refund the unused monthly payments. Just despicable all the way around.
