I went to this UPS store to return an Amazon product, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, the staff was unfriendly. The manager, instead of helping to resolve the issue, was rude and showed no willingness to assist. I felt like she was more interested in getting rid of customers than actually providing any kind of service. Not only did they fail to resolve my issue, but they also wasted my time. I definitely do not recommend this location.

I’ve been a customer of this store for many years and the service was usually very good, but recently I’ve noticed some differences: long wait times, poor customer service and the worst part: inefficiency. I have a mail box that I renew every year, they declined to receive a package addressed to me and the manager wouldn’t admit their mistake until after being confronted with irrefutable proof. After realizing of their mistake, the manager said that she would assume responsibility, but then she said that they won’t cover the cost of resending the package! What kind of responsibility is that? So, you assume responsibility for your mistakes, and then leave others to pay for your mistake? Now I know that this store changed ownership just recently, and it shows. Will not be renewing my mailbox this year. I would cancel it now, but they won’t refund the unused monthly payments. Just despicable all the way around.

I had a great experience at this location. The customer engagement was phenomenal, they made sure my shipping process was up to par. When i needed help/ asked questions i was taken care of very politely! Would 100% come back.
