I am more than pleased with Aerotek not even through a personal experience but a well known contact. This person had applied else where and other places and Aerotek assisted this person on finding employment immediately! thank you all for your hard work especially Rachel one of the team’s recruiters! I give this place a 5 star because people are in dire need of employment and Its comforting in knowing that there are places like Aerotek willing to place all hands on deck to help find the right placement and the right candidate! At first, everything was going smoothly. I received prompt email responses and calls, and even landed a contract position with them within the same week. However, suddenly, the company decided to terminate my contract after just two weeks. They informed me of this decision via email.
I tried to reach out to Aerotek to help me find a new position, but I didn’t receive any response from them – not even a phone call. It was as if they no longer cared. Originally, I would have given them 5 stars based on their initial performance, but the way they handled the situation at the end leaves a sour taste. As a result, they no longer deserve a 5-star rating from me.
