My girlfriend wanted to purchase a bag and her sale associate was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. We went back a couple of days later and she purchased a wallet. Great service, good selection.

A fabulous sale was going on at 50% off certain bags of course. I mentioned that I was looking for a vegan bag. I was informed that while Coach does not sell vegan bags they do use recycled leather. Leather that does no come straight from the animal.Very nice informative staff.
