Our experience with them was terrible. We worked with them for about 6 weeks to recruit, hire and onboard employees. Communication was was poor, our representative was sarcastic and even exhibited this behavior during a meeting which included a third company, when I asked for the reference checks and criminal background checks that are required for my industry because I did not see them in employee files the response was that they were unaware that these were necessary (?!) so they hired people to work with a vulnerable population and didn’t vet them at all, just took them at their word during one interview and offered them a job at my company. Attention to detail was non-existent. We tried to support them and offer solutions. Our suggestions were completely ignored and sometimes the rep denied we had given her information even when written communications showed that she had been provided with the information several times. I felt like they didn’t care about quality, they were just trying to meet some arbitrary numbers requirement that we did not impose. We had them record interviews and while reviewing a recording, found that the representative was misrepresenting the benefits our company offered. When asked why, we were told that the rep confused us with another company. We made the rep aware of the problems in an effort to work them out, but things continue to get substantially worse with zero accountability. The rep would apologize, but not correct the problem, and at the end when we dismissed them, her response was “I apologized” … after four or five apologies in as many weeks with worsening conditions, the apologies become meaningless and started to sound more and more sarcastic. I am not looking forward to spending the time and money to clean up the mess they left, which will be significant and has caused damage to my company as we are trying to recover from the the effects of the pandemic.
