I have been a client since Jan 2025. Very pleased with my therapist- Amber Remackel. She is a great listener, provides insightful comments and questions that allow me to dig deeper into myself in a safe place with a safe and nonjudgmental guide. I believe that in order to get the most out of therapy you must be honest with yourself, about yourself. I am grateful that Amber and I have clicked and are making incredible progress together!! Additional info- There is a lot of parking right outside the building. Entry way area offers coffee, tea and candies, plush chairs to sit and wait for therapist come get you. Two large restrooms are always well kept and comfortable. Suggestion box on top of water machine makes me think what I could ask to improve but everything’s alright! Thanks TCTC.

The therapist I saw made me feel worse than I did walking in. Never expected a therapist to be a bully, but I guess anything is possible? Crap happens but when I told her what works for me, she didn’t let off and truly wasn’t listening to me. I know myself and my life best. Everyone deserves a safe therapy experience but this place isn’t it. Now have to find a different therapist and go through the fears of this happening again.

I have already established a relationship with a high quality therapist and this location was perspicacious enough to hire her away from her previous practice; illustrating to me that they’re seeking out talented professionals and offering some of the best therapy available by virtue of having cultivated this result through seeking out talented clinicians. The website desperately needs to be overhauled and is showing its age in addition to functioning in such a way that it would frustrate most anyone let alone someone less competent in technology etc. there is also a 52nd long voicemail recording that one must listen to each time they call the practice. I can understand giving a few concise directions during a message but 50 seconds of information before somebody can leave a voicemail is about 500% more time than the maximum ever should be. Despite frustration with the website and phone system I was able to speak with the receptionist and/or office manager and she was absolutely delightful. Having staff which are friendly, understanding, humble and hardworking makes any peccadillo irrelevant. I strongly advise the practice to update their website and change their phone system to something more helpful to both clients and the office manager.
