A HIDDEN GEM of an art shop in downtown Nanaimo! The owner Mia is wonderful and there must be at least a dozen local artists selling creations here. Funky original art, apparel, jewelry, books, sculptures and other gems you won’t find anywhere else. They also put on mini markets and pop up events every so often. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood! 🎨💀🌴

Amazing gallery with tons of local artists! Super unique and surrealist art definitely a good place to go if you’re looking for something funky for your home. A lot of the artists who sell there also work there so you can talk to them about their pieces! Lots of selection from small prints and buttons to custom skateboards and metal sculptures.

Nightmare Oasis is an Artist Hub and Creative Portal dedicated to celebrating and showcasing local artists of all mediums.
The shop is owned by Mia, who is a lifelong artist with incredible skill and talent for her pieces.
Mia has created a brilliant and bright artist community right here in Nanaimo!
If you’re in for some local art, especially anything weird, spooky, out of the ordinary, or just plain cool – you’ll want to check this place out!
They have anything from paintings to metal sculptures, from prints and stickers to naked candles. Tina is an artist that paints funny birds with funny and also inappropriate sayings conveying the bird’s thoughts which I enjoy.
I also love the creative works out of colorful yarn and the tees and sweaters they have!
For those looking for a TRULY UNIQUE experience… This place is for you ❤️
