I finally made my placement with the company I have been working for after 2 years or so. Thanks to the agency for staying on top of my hours, pay and they mean business when you yourself mean business too. If you really want something you have to show consistency, ongoing communication and effort to put in the work. Stacey was my go to agent. She understood my needs and wants and if anything she had connections to one of the shift managers and company which helped me to land a permanent spot. I met a few other people too such as Vivian, Mereana, Ada via email, text messages and some phone calls who helped me when and where they can. Grateful for all the help and support I could get from the agency. Every experience is different for all, but I do wish everyone the best when signing up with NZ Staff. Thank you NZ Staff teamπŸ’šπŸ˜ for all that you do. Please open yourself to new opportunities, withstand challenges and continue to strive to be better and improve where needed. P.S. I will miss the morning reminders and texts for sure lol. Fakaaue lahi. Cee signing off for good 🫰🫑.

so unprofessional. the way they calculate their payslips are always suspicious & doesn’t allow you to see full days and hours you worked as they just “calculate” it altogether. stacey is unreliable as is everyone else working in the office of this trifling agency. you miss one day for valid reasons such as being sick & they let you go and replace you straight away. you don’t even get the right amount for your payout lol. so trashy, wouldn’t ever recommend to anyone else. ps stop deleting bad reviews πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Very unprofessional. My Partner signed up with the agency being promised lots of work and assured that there would be work in West Auckland. He did two assignments, doing one days work then being told he was not needed. Then getting another assignment, working one day on one day off, each time not knowing what tomorrow brings. When he called NZ Staff to ask for something more permanent, the agent he was speaking to snapped at him saying ‘ well if you don’t want to work, don’t” and slammed the phone down on him. This is Bully tactics, unprofessional, taking advantage of people in need. we will complain to management
