First class company. Clare is everything that a recruiter should be and unfortunately very few are. What is second nature to her is the same as common sense in some places, not that common and that’s why I want people to know just how excellent she and her company are. In the week that I’ve known her, it’s like I’ve had a solid friend for a long time. She is supportive, excellent at keeping me in the loop and I was hand delivered to my interview, ensuring that I didn’t get soaked in the rain and was in the best state to present myself as I could be. I have never known another agency or business that would do that for me. There is a very human aspect, one that actually really cares for the people – not just meeting quota – for both the employee and employer’s needs. All my concerns, working preference due to personal circumstances, she discussed that with my employer-to-be even before interview stage. She ensures that everyone gets what they need.
