Nurses Etc has been a great company to work for, for extra income. The onboarding process is easy (especially if you have work with them before), communication has been prompt and they always do their best to match you with available assignments.

This has been the worst company I have ever worked for and if it tells you anything, I never leave bad reviews. Both myself and my coworker’s worst complaint was the poor communication. I would have to constantly send follow up emails and make calls to get responses for my questions. Second, they utilize your PTO and sick leave on days off even when you request that they don’t (so that they can get paid as well). Weeks prior to my last day working for this company, I called to see if I needed to use my PTO or if it would be given to me on my last pay check. I was assured it would be paid out to me. Well, that never happened and 11 hours of pay was never given. The few that I have interacted with this company have been very unprofessional and unhelpful. I would highly suggest working for another contract company instead. I have many other complaints, but those are the main ones.
