I love working with Nursa!! However, some of the locations are far away from my home. I am not sure if Nursa is paying for mileage on places far away from a person domicile. I drove to Conroe Texas last week when I thought I was scheduled. It took me 2 hours to get there. I am a compassionate, loving, hard worker however, the distance is something I am concerned with. Even if I work a twelve hour shift. I would have to drive two hours to get back to my home. This is just my observation. Also, I noticed on my schedule on Tuesday- I was to work an 8 hour shift. Then after viewing my schedule later in the evening it changed. I was angry little angry because when I look at the schedule; I choose the schedule with the most hours and pay.

Nursa and it’s bank partner owe me money. Someone from another state hacked my card number and took 100+ from me. I reached out to Nursa for help and all they could tell me was the Bank is the one that handles that. Mind you I tried contacting this bank and it’s automatic machine operator about people not needing to call about their pending cases. It’s very unfortunate and overwhelming because as workers we’re told our money is SECURE on the card however when that’s breached they turn their back to us. I will be extending this to the proper authorities to hold everyone accountable.

I love the convience of writing my own paycheck, and working when I want to work. I wished I had known about this Nursa app before now. I am happy to use this app knowing I get paid shortly after my shift is complete.
