Training with Novus People has given me a noticeable advantage when applying for work (i.e. I’ve landed 3 jobs I wanted since completing the course last year.) Skills learnt on the course have ensured that I am confident and interview ready, and have realistic ideas and expectations about what the work entails.
Novus people are a great team of people who know their stuff, and know how to teach it to others in an effective and fun manner. Skills which are useful for life generally, not just the working life.
They also offer ongoing support if you need it, which is fantastic!

Joel and Rhys are dedicated and helpful recruiters. I found an exciting opportunity that transitioned perfectly from my then existing role into a different field. Joel was instrumental in communicating my skills that could be transitioned to that new field and then aligning potential roles.
