Terrible experience ordering online! The first and last time I will ever order and customer service takes a while to email back and nothing gets resolved! You show clothing on sale and then 4 days later they tell you the order is cancelled. I called customer service today and they’re showing these items I ordered twice are IN STOCK! Sounds like you have a huge problem in your warehouse and you’re not only losing customers you’re losing $. Do better GUESS this is ridiculous! I asked the csr what we can do to get this resolved and he said nothing. How about escalating this situation so it can be resolved! Nothing! DO NOT SHOP HERE! It’s a waste of time and not worth getting upset over. If you show something on sale on your website it should be available to purchase. That’s usually the way businesses work!!!

We shop online for the last 6 years, & shop sometimes in the Guess stores. My favorite clothing store for my Son. I have ALWAYS been very satisfied w/ everything we’ve ever bought. The clothes fit true to size, & they last for a long time. He still has clothes from years ago, & they still look great. They offer a lot of great sales as well. Guess Rocks!!

The Guess store of Batavia Stad in Netherlands is a scamer store ! If you are a tourist never buy from them or do the tax free, I bought from them articles for 300 euros after I already asked if they do the tax free and they said yes, she did the the tax free and gave me the receipt but when I tried to get my reimbursement at the airport, the tax free agent told me that the tax free transaction was cancelled by the store !! I have been sending them emails since 3 months or more but they are ignoring me even though I sent them all the receipts and photos of the bought articles !!! Very bad experience with this store I don’t recommend it at all be careful !
