I love working for Norton. Kayla the scheduler is the best and responds almost as soon as you reach out to her for anything, and definitely always has my back. And they are a very very understanding company. I would recommend anyone that wants to try agency out but isn’t sure to start here.

I work as a nurse through Norton. The hiring process felt slow. Took about 3 weeks for them to gather the info I sent them. The pay is great, don’t get me wrong, but the attitudes are not. The staffing coordinators are sometimes unprofessional and disorganized. There can be poor communication. Also, my shifts that I book through them get cancelled A LOT. I often will have to scratch them off from my calendar and it gets confusing. Also, if you have previously been an employee of Athena, Complete Care, or Genesis, they will not allow you to work at any of those facilities for a year. I think that policy is too strict as the other agencies I work through let me. I just wish I felt a little more appreciated working under Norton.

I started working for Norton staffing and recruiting last May and I absolutely love working for them. They have a wonderful staffing coordinator who has been so easy to work with. The flexibility is really great for me as a mom and I always feel I am cared for as an employee. I highly recommend working for Norton.
