Ms. Alice is always willing to go above and beyond to assist anyone that calls or visits her office no matter how busy she may be. She is kind, courteous, and helpful.

I have been riding for 3 years now and the service was good until a few months ago. They are always late( half an hour to an hour) with no apologies. I have spoken to them several times and all they say is we’re short staffed. No compassion for the rider who has been waiting outside in a wheelchair for them to arrive. I can’t wait inside because they only wait 5 minutes now for you. Terrible service. If I am late and miss an apt I am charged for it even though its not my fault. I’m not the only ridet having this problem. Get it together Northwest.

To arrange a ride for someone to go to the doctor, they now must have 1 week’s notice. 2-3 days was the policy a year or so ago, and before COVID. If you are very sick and have no transportation of your own, you can’t wait that long to get help/a ride. Calling an ambulance is the only other option and that’s not what the service is for.
