I had a disappointing experience with North Pointe Staffing. Since April 3, 2025, I’ve been waiting for a follow-up after being told I would be contacted about whether they were moving forward with me or not. It’s now been over a month with no communication, which I find very unprofessional. If you say you’ll follow up, at least do so. whether it’s good or bad news. This lack of transparency and professionalism is frustrating and reflects poorly on the company.

Do not use these people… They only call the people that they believe will get them some money. 7 of my friends from different companies have interviewed with them. Only 1 of them were called. A small Mixed female. She was more Marketable. The other men and women with degrees and of various backgrounds were all turned away. They ‘type cast” you. I was told of all of the positions NP had to offer. I came in for an interview, the woman I was supposed to see was not there. I had to interview with someone named Robin. The woman was not at all interested in my experience. She didn’t believe that I had the experience on my resume because I “look too young.” I guess that was a compliment. The interview lasted 5 minutes and I was never called. We focused more on my age, than on my resume. Stay away… Do not waste your time. If anything, Consider Manpower and CoreStaff..

I met a reprsentative at a technology fair and he referred me to a local office. I registered and was in and out in about 30 minutes after meeting a very nice recruiter
