I visited your office today after someone recommended your services, and I was really disappointed. Your website clearly says you support students, internationally trained individuals, and anyone who is unemployed or underemployed. As an international student on a study and work permit, I’ve been actively looking for a job for two months, and I thought your office could help. But instead, I was told that you don’t assist people on study or work permits. If that’s the case, who exactly are these services for? It makes no sense to advertise support for students and internationally trained people, then turn them away in person. Please clarify what kind of people you actually help. If you don’t support international students like me who genuinely need work, then your messaging needs to be honest and clear. Thanks, Abhay Saini
