I joined CRS three days before the first national lockdown, and I cannot speak highly enough of the positive experience I have had thus far within the team. I have been presented ample opportunity to progress in my career, including being actively encouraged to take part in CPD courses relevant to my field. It has been a pleasure to watch the brand go from strength to strength in the nearly two years I have been employed. Following an increase in opportunities within the business, our wonderful marketing team has expanded from a team of two in 2020 to a team of four in 2022. In my experience, the senior leadership team takes a genuine interest in each employee. We have fantastic events at the end of each quarter to celebrate the hard work that each individual contributes to the wider business, and amazing benefits available with a focus on employee wellness. I was able to purchase a lovely bike through the Cycle to Work Scheme, which has encouraged me to get fitter. We also host several community fundraising events throughout the year. This has included bake off style days and toy drives for the disadvantaged at Christmas in the past – and in 2021 my colleague and I took part in a Wing Walk in aid of Wave 105 Cash For Kids, which was an amazing experience. We raised a fantastic amount following support throughout the business. Compass Recruitment Solutions is a truly fantastic company to work for, and I cannot recommend it enough!

I felt discriminated as i was rejected for a post just because i dont know how to drive, like as if driving will define the skills set that i have. After all, in the job description that L.S. sent me, nothing is stated about driving. Have to be more precise with the qualifications you are sending your applicants so as not to waste each other’s time. 👎🏻
