Incompetent, untrustworthy, unprofessional personnel (in Kaunas office) – as inviting over for an interview (interviewer’s name was Rasa), all went quite smoothly, then after it, I got informed/assured that my Resume will be delivered over to their client. After one week these HR middle men/women called me back to “inform” that they sent my Resume and after their client revision I was not accepted as a candidate and “wishes me best of luck in my future searches” while in reality their client haven’t even received my Resume from “Noriu personalo sprendimu grupe / personalo grupe” and if I haven’t applied on their client “Careers” page directly prior to this interview (client name was mentioned in job advertise) they wouldn’t even know about me as a potential candidate (I even have double checked with the company I was applying for, that they have ONLY received my Resume personally from myself). Furthermore (thanks to myself NOT depending on these HR guys) I have been invited over 2 interviews within the same company and things are going good. My advice: try to avoid these middle man (women) if there’s a possibility to apply directly via company’s site that you’re applying for. Good Luck!
