Just interview with Nicayla from NN Tech and it was a wonderful experience. Right from the interview start, Nicayla made me feel super comfortable and welcome. She explained the details clear enough for me to understand how suitable the position is for me. She expressed great interest in my professional background which encouraged me to highlight the major areas of expertise. Nicayla Javer was very amazing, helpful and understanding during the first zoom discussion.
Everything was clear and relaxed mood with what can be a nervy sometimes. She answered all of my questions and I felt like she genuinely cared about me fitting in with this company and that I wasn’t just another candidate.
Looking for a new job is always going to be hard but Nicayla and her team are making task easier.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to a friend.

Update:
I followed up with my interviewer at NN Tech to inquire about the status of my application and next steps. I was told that the position was put on hold. Would love to have received that update without having to had reach out first. Hoping to see where this goes.
Initial Review:
I had an inverview with Nicayla, just moments ago. My interview went well. Nicayla was very nice, down to earth and relatable. She was also transparent and gave me clear answers to my questions, which is something I definitely appreciate when talking with employers. She was also able to give me a realistic timeline for the next steps of the hiring process, something I also appreciate.
