When you have a problem there is no customer service available. They offer chat boxes which are worthless. If you do get a person on the phone they are located overseas and have proven to be a waste of time. My advice is don’t use century link for email or internet. You’ll be sorry.

Centurylink has downgraded on customer service, I never been transferred so much and at the end disconnection. I’ve been with this company for a long time and I’ve never been so disappointed. I guess it’s time to take my services elsewhere.
