Very horrible working here just a coupon pitched to the customer and was forgetten to give that coupon and he company has immediately fired without any consent as the customer has posted this issue on social media
Will I also post this issue as an employee you are mot adhering he payment of wages act just taken my 26 days salary with the overtime pay of may month..
If a customer can post the issue just for the sake of 150+ coupon
Don’t you think that I can also post this with a valid proff on social media as you are not providing full settlement which will.be around 18k-19k

Best place to work, if you are working hard the management always appreciates and is there to help you whenever required. It’s been more than 1.5 years working with Niftel and it has been an amazing journey so far.

Title: Unethical Termination & Non-Payment of Salary
I had a disappointing experience with Niftel. Despite working diligently, I was terminated without warning, and my salary for the days worked was withheld. The company also stated I was not eligible for full & final settlement, which goes against Indian labour laws.
As per the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, every employee has the right to be paid for the days they have worked—yet this basic right was denied to me. My attempts to contact HR were either ignored or met with vague responses.
This review is to caution potential employees about the unprofessional and unethical practices I faced. If you’re considering a role here, please be aware and protect your rights.
