First time being hired via a 3rd party HR company. Chloe was very professional, friendly, and punctual. Great experience. Case in point: received a call 30 min after my first day of work from Nexus HR rep to check on my first day, apologizing for the “delay”. If that’s not good service then I’m not sure what good service is.
