I am extremely disappointed with Nexum and their lack of professionalism in handling my account. After an issue with an erroneous invoice from Momentum, which included duplicated charges for services I had already paid for, Nexum took over collection efforts. Despite providing them with clear proof that the charges were invalid and already paid, Nexum has refused to cooperate or take any action to correct the error.
I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times, but Nexum has been unresponsive and unwilling to work with me. They have continued to pursue collection efforts based on false information, which has negatively impacted my credit report and caused significant distress.
Given their lack of response and unwillingness to address this issue, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to resolve the situation and ensure that this incorrect information is removed from my credit report.
I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with Nexum—their practices are unacceptable, and they have demonstrated a complete disregard for consumer rights.
