Staff member are so rude go in there to apply and the lady was so rude that did not let me finish responding her question. Also asks me on how I found out about them and I tell them the name of the person that recommended me to them and she was like I DO NOT KNOW HIM!! She did not even bother to see if that person is in their payroll! She just told me let’s just stop wasting each other’s time because there are not any positions available right now. She could had told me all this before filling out the application.
They need to hire or re-train the employees in the office to have better customer service or know how to speak to people directly.

I don’t usually write reviews but this agency deserves it. I went to the location in Long Beach and they are always great to me. Always pays me on time, if I ever have a concern they are always there to answer all my questions. Very good people to work with and outstanding service. I would say one of the best agencies you can be apart of.
