While visiting one early morning ! I noticed the services that I needed was unavailable at the moment. However I did look around and see the Dentist department. I walked over to the (receptionist) to ask (2) questions . (2) simple question at that. before I can finish my question! This thang yelled! and said “I know you see the big sign over there “and to not ask her any questions! Also I did plan to schedule a dentist appointment for my children but how! When the receptionist told me not to ask her anything. WOW! If I did see a sign there would be no questions to ask. to someone like that. What happened to professionalism, and great customer service. she would really need to find something better to do that makes her happy!

Came here to get a walk in Covid rapid test for my middle school son. Friday 10:30, no lines at all. 10 minutes after arriving, got the test.

Parents beware! The wait on average is 2-4 hours. The waiting room is so small. The dentist is very dry with no interpersonal skills. Worst of all They do not allow parent to sit with the child for any service done after the initial visit. My child is 4 and they kept trying to refuse me to be in the room with her for any services, even a check up! This is illegal for those under 10 years old! I had 3 visits and The last visit the hygienist smacked my daughters hand because she was shaking her hands in nervousness ! I was livid and I see why they don’t want parents they are not gentle with children and are abusive to the children behind closed doors. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS THERE TERRRIBLE!! I found a better dentistry’s distance away from me but welll worth it.
