A great company to work for, i have known and work for them for many many years before it was even Newlands as a chef and also a carer.
I have seen the company grow from strength to strength, there training in staff is second nature assuring all new members of staff are aware of health and safety policies and up to date with their training because caring for their patients is paramount.
I can honestly say and genuinely mean it! Newlands healthcare is a great company to work for its very competitive in salary the staff are helpful and the owner and founder of the company actually cares about the staff and customers who is a hands-on person and prepared to cover a shift when staff are sick.

Incompetent!!!!! Unable to maintain their own accounts which therefore they accuse customers of non-payment… terrible terrible agency…… avoid avoid!!!!!!!!! I’m a care home manger….
