My recruiter was not aware I had interviewed and there was no follow up. My recruiter was not aware of my start date or the day I actually started. I was to be contacted prior to my start date to verify my identity and how to fill out my time sheet. No one contacted me until I brought it to their intention. I was required to provide proof of employment with contacts which I did. NWP was not able to verify employment. I had to spend a day looking for and sending personal documents to prove employment for all previous jobs. I was not told I would need to pay for my ID badge or parking at 10.00/day which takes away from the hourly pay I was quoted. HR was helpful with other questions I had. I have worked with other agencies and recruiters that were much better.

New Wave People has been nothing but helpful to me for over 6 months now. They made the hiring process easy and have consistently helped me with any questions or issues I’ve had while working through them. I’ve never had a problem with pay that wasn’t my own mistake and I appreciate everything they’ve done so far! I haven’t had the greatest experience with staffing agencies in the past but New Wave has definitely been a great company!
