New Haven works went above and beyond my expectations. I work with my job coach Sophia who is a true passionate professional at what she does. Sophia has helped me with my resume, cover letter, and landing a position. She always stays in contact with me and is always there if I have questions or concerns. She had proven and demonstrated to me that they truly care about helping others and making a better difference.

Brinna, at New Haven works has helped me on different occasions when i needed help very bad. She was extremally patient with me with a smile. she helped me re-do all of my passwords because i had forgotten them,

My friend and I went there when we first moved to New Haven and the office had just opened. I remember several prospective applicants getting upset when told they couldn’t help them because they didn’t live in New Haven and were not told in advance. My counselor did not stay in communication with me and the whole process took several months to fit me in a job which I had very little experience in. My friend’s counselor, Ashley, was very rude and unprofessional.
