I recently signed a lease for a 1-bedroom unit at Hawthorne at Davis Park, but due to a change in school zoning for our children, we needed to relocate to a different area. When I came to the leasing office, Mary, the community manager, was incredibly kind and understanding. She helped me cancel the lease without any hassle—only asking for the reason with genuine professionalism and empathy. Throughout the rental application process, Sara, the assistant manager, was also extremely helpful and responsive. She made everything smooth and easy from the start. The entire experience, even though brief, was nothing but positive. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a quiet and convenient area. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service from both Mary and Sara, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home in the Morrisville area.

We love living here! We’ve lived in apartment communities like Hawthorne Davis since 2019, and this is by far the best experience for its price point. We adore the leasing/general office staff. Rachel and Sara are wonderful—always helpful, incredibly available, and generally phenomenal people. Sara helped us find our apartment initially, worked with us from leasing to move-in and so in-tune with everything going on in the community. Rachel is awesome and continues to help us with all the little things that make this housing complex a home. Maintenance are in a class of their own. Benny, Kelvin, and Malcolm are the most responsive and professional team I’ve ever seen and they truly care about keeping everyone supported. Benny is always teaching us new things and how to get the most out of our apartment features. We’re really thankful that they’re here. The community is great in general, and only thing is I would hope they update some things in the gym. They’ve been missing some dumbbell sets for awhile, the yoga mats are very *used*, and the air freshener is pretty overpowering. But that’s the only real complaint—they otherwise are always trying to make the community better!
