I stressed on many occasion the inequality within the people. Instead of sending me to other employment they waited until U.S cotton over work me with no intentions of hiring me on fully. After talking to three different people in Nesco main office I was told with extreme rudiness ” well you don’t have to stay know nobody is asking you to work for us”. At some point Nesco recruiter should have decency for people. Before initial hiring I ask three questions 1. Do you have position that are 3rd shift? * yes, year round we most only hire 3rd shift. 2.. If I am not hired on by this employer will you assign me to another employer? * yes majority of the job we get are only 3rd shift positions. 3. In Atlanta some employment agency send you to places that have seasonally low production. Is this site like that? *No almost every one is hired on with U.S cotton perminately. As long as you work hard after 90days you will become a actual employee. If you miss a day make sure you have a doctors note. After telling her she wasted my time. I had no intention of work for Nesco but she was so consistent in calling me back lieing about employment opportunities. I just hung up in her face. I lost everything a fire 7months ago in the mist of rebuilding I’m hit with losing my job due to disrespectful recruiters fabricating employment opportunities to fill a job. I hope what I’m going there hit them right back where it hurts.
