Greetings, I am very excited to have the opportunity to write a review of such a beautiful company as “The Works”. The location is very accessible, the environment very welcoming, but being on the threshold of Christmas, it was also festive and warm. But what impressed me the most were the people! The staff at ”The Works” is absolutely fabulous: welcoming, encouraging, trained with viable solutions tailored to the needs of every visitor. Although I spoke directly with only two of the company’s representatives, I could, in the meantime, observe other employees and candidates during their interviews and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, patience, understanding and support of the employees. In one word, I felt at home, welcomed and well-treated, that I cannot wish for more than being part of the ”The Works” community. Thanks Kevi, thanks Julie, thank you ”The works”! Went in to The Works today to signup for Temp & Permanent work and sat down with Julie. Julie was really helpful, friendly, professional and informative and I already have work booked for Monday with the potential for more work being booked in my local area. Result! I highly recommend The Works Staffing Solutions for anyone searching for part time or full time work on either a temporary or permanent basis. 5/5 Stars. Possibly one of the best agencies in Southampton!
