Katie was a great help during my then-current job search. She is outgoing, personable, and understands that hiring (and the job market more generally) often follows a nonlinear path and the extent to which companies and candidates have to adapt to changing market conditions. Charlie Sutton is an example of how recruiting should be. His industry knowledge is extensive, his contacts are far reaching, and his integrity is foremost. When he presents a match, it is because he has done his research and believes that it is a good fit for both parties. Charlie is not in the business of filling positions with warm bodies. I very much enjoyed working with Charlie and the endeavor was successful both financially and in quality of job. I went a path that I would not have thought to go if it had not been for Charlie’s insight. Working with Charlie Sutton was one of the best experiences I have ever had in applying for a position with a company. He is a great listener And communicator. He makes you feel very comfortable. I felt like I was the only person he was working with. He guided me through every step, and every process. I highly recommend Charlie Sutton I would give him 10 stars if I could!
