AWFUL. My experience with Navis was not good. I read the reviews, spoke with them and decided to pay considerably more for their services compared to other shipping companies I spoke to. I had a long piece of glass that needed to travel about 1,800 miles. It says on their website they are “experts” and they will suggest the best shipping method. So I did that and waited. I had a delivery date and waited all day, no one contacted me to tell me it would not be delivered that day. However I was contacted and told the package was damaged, significantly. So after many phone calls at the end of the day I was given a new time frame, which was also incorrect. When I asked about accountability for the damaged package, Navis blamed the third party shipping company. Despite Navis filing a claim for a refund with that party for the damaged package, I was left paying for it all. They effectively hired a third party to ship it, blamed them and then took the refunded money for the damaged package and kept it. Despite many efforts to file a claim with them, no one would help me. It is a shameful and disreputable way to run a business.
Take your money and run. These people are exactly what is wrong with greedy corporations, they not only don’t care about your package but they are condescending and unprofessional. I had better customer service with the third party they hired to ship my package. Navis did nothing but make the situation worse. All they want is your money. Do yourself a favor and find another option.
