My doctor is a nice person, BUT I’ve never met such a rude and crazy manager in my life.
As I understand it, her name is Eileen W, and she’s probably burned out and completely forgotten that she deals with patients who have come because of pain. I’m not asking for a kind attitude and warm greetings, but when I go to the doctor’s office, I expect the staff to communicate politely and respect my boundaries.
What I experienced in this institution is the humiliation of human dignity. Here’s what happened: I arrived to drop off some paperwork for my work, and she attacked me, yelling that I just don’t want to work and that she doesn’t care that I’m in pain. She also opened my personal documents on her computer and started to read everything about my health, analyses, meds—just everything—and she commented on and judged me. I’m not even sure if it’s legal for her to delve into such sensitive data.
It’s not okay to yell at patients and insult them in accordance with her own ugly stereotypes about life and people. This behavior is absolutely inappropriate, and this lady shouldn’t be working with people.
Doctor Khaimov himself is kind and professional, I’m definitely going to visit him again and I’ll leave a separate 5-star review for his work after we’ll finish treatment.
Girls at reception are polite and nice sometimes.
