I can’t begin to say enough about Kate and her team! They were tireless in their efforts to ensure that they found the perfect fit for both myself and the client. Both Kate and Roni always went above and beyond with communication, commitment, and compassion. Throughout the entire process they were professional and personable. I would give the agency 10 stars if I could! Thanks to the entire team again and especially Kate!

It was such a privilege to work with Kate and Elissa at the Nanny Authority. It was my first experience working with an agency after independently finding families for over 15 years. I only wish I would have found them earlier on and sooner in my nanny career. I’m so grateful for the relationship I’ve built with this agency and highly recommend them to all my nanny friends and any family in need of the best nanny fit for your family.

If you are a nanny (especially out-of-state), please do not use them as an agency! They are unprofessional, lack communication skills, and do not take the time to go over each application in depth. I have been trying to apply for many positions that are listed through Indeed as well as on their website. Not once have they contacted me on their behalf, I have always had to contact them at least a week later to see where I was in the application process. I have been in touch with Olga since at least March 30, 2018 and each time I contact her there is always an issue. For example, almost every week I have contacted here, she does not have information that is needed. Olga stated “We also don’t have phone numbers for any references besides Nicholas so it makes it hard to try to reach someone via e-mail. We assure our families that we speak to each reference on the phone (unless there are extenuating circumstances).” on April 16. My references have asked me to only provide emails and then they will provide the agency with their personal phone numbers (out of respect for their privacy). I just contacted her today stating, “Hello Olga, I am following up to see where I stand in the application process. Thanks!”. Olga said “Hi Ericca, We never heard back from XXXXXXXX or XXXXXXXXXX. If you can send me a phone number for each person, that would be great. This was my mistake for not catching it earlier but we do need full addresses for each individual family for verification purposes. On the application, they’re just listed as city and state. Thank you!”. Seriously? You have had almost 1 complete month and you are just realizing there are errors in my application? You should have already thoroughly checked my application – after all that is YOUR job. Needless to say that I am very disappointed and I will never recommend this agency to any Nanny or Family. I can only hope they do a better jobs with the families.
