I had an unpleasant experience with NagataConnex as a candidate. During the screening process, the recruiter asked me for details on my current salary and bonus. This isn’t an appropriate question to ask candidates. Second, as other comments mentioned, the recruiter conducts an unnecessarily long screening before submitting your app to the employer. Many of the questions could be answered by looking at my resume, but instead, she asks you to recite each bullet point on your resume while she writes it down, asking you to repeat yourself several times. It was a very robotic, senseless process that isn’t respectful to the candidate’s time. The recruiter also provided misleading information about the company’s interview process, which led to some embarrassment during the actual interview with the company. I was ultimately ghosted after all the time invested in a lengthy screener and on-site interview. I did not appreciate how I was treated by NagataConnex throughout the process.

Similar experience to JF. Unnecessarily long screening interviews (not even with the company!). During this interview, you will be battered by their recruiter with unprofessional comments unrelated to the role. Poor communication; did not receive any follow-up. Not a fan of their approach at all. Would not recommend.

Totally unprofessional. During the initial call meeting consultation and they ripped apart my current place of employment and spread rumors about it. Strike #1. Then after going on and on to her about exactly what I didn’t want, she pushed me into taking a role at exactly that kind of role! Strike #2. pressured be into meeting people for that role and after telling her for the 10th time I didn’t want it and to find opportunities more in tune with what I wanted, she literally hung up the phone on me. Strike #3. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Stay away.
